Mobile voice and data tariffs
O2’s mobile voice and data tariffs are intended to be simple, easy to understand and flexible enough to meet the needs of all your users. We have four types of tariff:
- Voice only
- Data only
- Voice and data
- No.10
No.10 users can also benefit from data aggregation where users can pool all of their allocated data bundles into a single shared pot which is accessible to all to use as they wish – subject to minimum connection volumes and O2’s upfront approval.
All our tariffs are available on Direct Award under the Network Services Framework, providing a quick and compliant procurement route when you’re ready to order.
Voice only tariffs
Our voice only tariffs come in two types: an all inclusive package for a single monthly figure that includes unlimited calls and text messages to UK mobiles and landlines, and a zero line rental option with competitive rates suitable for occasional users.

Data only tariffs
You need to stay connected in a way that is reliable, efficient and affordable. O2’s Mobile Broadband provides excellent value, easy internet access, whenever you need it and wherever you are. Simply use an O2 data card or plug an O2 dongle directly into a USB port on your laptop. This functions as a modem, connecting you to the internet via the O2 network. We can offer mobile broadband in many forms, ranging from data cards for laptops, through to our mobile office which allows you to connect several devices to a mobile data dongle. With the right device you could even create a small, temporary wifi hotspot for employees or citizens.

Voice and data tariffs
Ideal for users who have modest data needs, or who are more likely to use wifi than 4G to access digital services, our entry level voice and data tariffs offer the ideal option to digitally enable your entire workforce.

- Simple, fixed charge per user of £5.50/month or £7.50/month with 100MB or 500MB of bundled data
- Unlimited voice and text messaging, providing great value and certainty over the costs of mobile calls
- No bill shock – data usage is capped within each month so that users can’t inadvertently incur additional charges
- No minimum spend or minimum connection commitment within the 24 month Term. You are free to leave without penalty
- Pair with a wifi enabled smartphone to digitally enable all users

O2 is committed to helping public sector customers achieve their digital ambitions. The No.10 tariff gives users access to unlimited voice and secure 4G data on our CAS(T) certified network for just £10/month.
Benefits
- Simple, fixed charge per user of £10/month with no 4G access fees, bundling unlimited voice with 2GB of data, or 5GB of data only for tablet/remote access users
- Receive a £100 connection credit to offset against a device of your choice
- No minimum spend or minimum connection commitment for the customer authority within the 24 month Term. You are free to leave without penalty, just return the handset (or keep it, by buying at a reduced rate based on how long the device remained connected, or at no charge if it served 24 months continuous connection)
- 10 extra provides data options to expand the bundled capacity for heavy users to 3GB or 5GB depending on requirements
- Data aggregation enables purchased data to be shared across your connections (see below)

Aggregated data (No.10 only)
As your users make increasing use of data on the move, most buyers become concerned about the risk of overage charges being incurred. Even though most users may use much less than the bundle they have been given, you pay an excess for those that use more. You can aggregate your data allowance across qualifying connections, so that you get to use ALL of the data that you are paying for, dramatically reducing the risk of overage charges. It works like this: the individual data bundle for users with a No.10 subscription can be shared between them, so that you only pay extra if the total usage exceeds the total amount of data.

Connections credits
Each tariff we offer through Direct Award attracts a connection credit, delivering additional value through its contribution to reducing the size of any potential investment needed up front or during the life of your O2 contract.
You can spend your connection credits in two ways:
Option 1
Offset against the purchase of new hardware
This discount is applied at the point of purchase, minimising the upfront investment needed to put new devices in the hands of your employees. Refer to the Device Price List for a comprehensive list of mobile devices, tablets and related hardware available to you.
Option 2
Credit to a transformation fund
Deposit into a transformation fund for future use to purchase other products or services (from application development to wifi installation), or consultancy sessions to help with a flexible working programme.
