To place an order for a product or service listed in this catalogue, below is a simple step-by-step guide to buying O2 products and services through the Network Services agreement. A number of the forms needed to place an order can be found below to download.
1: Click here to gain access to the Government eMarketplace location (known as ProcServe):
2: If the service is available via Direct Award on Network Services 2 as indicated on this catalogue, search for ‘Telefonica’ on the technology catalogue in the Government eMarketplace.
3: If the product or service is available through Lot 6 (Mobile Voice and Data Services), under ‘Media’, click the relevant Service Offer you wish to view. For example ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1 SERVICE OFFER’. This will open up the relevant Telefonica UK standard service offering.
4: To procure services under either Lot 6 Service Offer ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1’ or ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1NCC’, you will need to complete the relevant version of Call Off Contract and/or Customer Capture Requirements (CCR) Order Form.
Alternatively, you can request the above order forms from either your existing Account Manager, or if you’re new to O2 email or call 0800 955 5590.
5: Once completed, please return your CCR Form and signed Schedule 4 – Part 1a Call Off Contract to your O2 Client Manager, or email directly to our public sector team.
