The Network Services 2 agreement [RM3808] is the replacement framework for the NSF [RM1045] and legacy PSN Telephony Services frameworks. It provides customers with access to networks and telecommunication services.

Buying from Network Services 2 takes two forms:

  • Direct Award
  • Further Competition

Placing an order via Direct Award

Direct Award offers a quick and flexible way to buy products and services without the need to run a further competition. If you have a clear statement of requirements that will enable you to identify suitable catalogue requirements from suppliers, then you may be able to procure through Direct Award.

Benefits include:

  • Reduced cost and reduced complexity
  • Reduced procurement timeline, with the ability to place an order directly with your chosen supplier
  • Safe, secure ordering
  • Greater efficiency, through buying commoditised services directly from a supplier catalogue at market competitive rates, underpinned by public sector focused terms

For full details how to Direct Award, click here.

To place an order for a product or service listed in this catalogue click the link below and follow our simple step-by-step guide to buying O2 products and services through the Network Services agreement. A number of the forms needed to place an order can be found below to download. If you’re looking to procure via the G-Cloud framework, take a look at our similar guide which can be found here.

1: Click here to gain access to  the Government eMarketplace location (known as ProcServe):

  • a: Most CCS customers have been registered automatically to use the eMarketplace.
  • b: However, if you do not have access to the eMarketplace, follow this link for a step by step guide on how to register the level of access to suit your organisation.

2: If the service is available via Direct Award on Network Services 2 as indicated on this catalogue, search for ‘Telefonica’ on the technology catalogue in the Government eMarketplace.

3: If the product or service is available through Lot 6 (Mobile Voice and Data Services), under ‘Media’, click the relevant Service Offer you wish to view. For example ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1 SERVICE OFFER’. This will open up the relevant Telefonica UK standard service offering.

  • a: If the product or service is available through Lot 4 (Inbound Telephony Services), under ‘Media’, click the relevant Service Offer you wish to view. For example ‘RM3808-Lot4-O2-SO1 SERVICE OFFER’.
  • b: If the product or service is available through Lot 10 (Integrated Communications) under ‘Media’, click the relevant Service Offer you wish to view. For example ‘RM3808-Lot10-O2-SO1 SERVICE OFFER’.

4: To procure services under either Lot 6 Service Offer ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1’ or ‘RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1NCC’, you will need to complete the relevant version of Call Off Contract and/or Customer Capture Requirements (CCR) Order Form.

RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1: Call Off Order Form / CCR Order Form
RM3808-Lot6-O2-SO1NCC: Call Off Order Form / CCR Order Form

Alternatively, you can request the above order forms from either your existing Account Manager, or if you’re new to O2 email or call 0800 955 5590.

5: Once completed, please return your CCR Form and signed Schedule 4 – Part 1a Call Off Contract to your O2 Client Manager, or email directly to our public sector team.
